Service Vises

Pioneer Iron Works' Service Vises are widely used in the Downhole Drilling sector. These vises can operate up to 25000 lbs of torque and are able to service tools sized 4 3/4" OD to 9 5/8" OD. They are equipped with an Enerpac 50 ton cylinder and an Air Hydraulic Pump.

An original design, our Drilling Tool Service Vises can be customized to meet your specific needs. They can be anchored into the floor with a threaded nubbin or built with a 24" x 24" base plate mount to be mounted on top of floor.
